Asiyat Bibi's Story
Asiyat, a 57-year-old resident of Umerkot, had previously been diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus and hypertension. She had been suffering from shortness of breath and recurrent chest pains for the last five years of her life. She took symptomatic treatment but it didn’t bring her any relief. To treat this, the doctor advised her to have an Angioplasty. For this purpose, she was admitted to Isra University Hospital on 09-11-21. Her procedure was carried out by Dr. Sharwan the same day and she was discharged after two days of hospital stay in a stable condition. The Angioplasty of Asiyat was successful, thanks to all the generous donors who supported this cause.
