Muhammad Asif's Story
Muhammad Asif, 29 years old, suffered from pus discharge from peri-anal area. On complete medical check-up, he was diagnosed with fistula-in-ano and was advised surgical excision for it. For this purpose, Asif was admitted in Akram Medical Complex and his fistulectomy was performed by Dr. Ahmed Fawad on 30.11.2020. His fistula tract was excised. Asif was discharged in a satisfactory condition after a hospital stay of two days. He is in perfect health now.
