Ayesha Rehman's Story

Two-year-old Ayesha Rehman, a resident of Multan, had been suffering from Tachycardia and weakness since her birth. Upon consultation, she was diagnosed with an Unbalanced Complete Atrioventricular Canal Defect. The doctor advised her to undergo Open-heart surgery for bilateral CP Shunt placement and BTS Ligation as a lasting cure. Therefore, Ayesha was sent to Ittefaq Hospital to get her surgery done by Dr. Asim Mohammad Khan on 17-01-2022. Ayesha was kept under observation for six days and was discharged in satisfactory condition. All of this was made possible with your donations and the help of the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation. Thanks to your assistance, Ayesha Rehman’s heart has been saved.
