Fiaz Arshad's Story

Faiz Arshad, a 42-year-old resident of Sheikhupura, had a traffic accident in 2021 and injured his left leg. After some time, the wound got worse. He went to the local hospital for a check-up and the doctor amputated his left leg due to a badly infected diabetic foot. He also had polio when he was a child and it affected his right leg. For this, he had been using a brace that needed to be replaced. Faiz was not able to afford the artificial leg and the replacement of his right polio brace. So, he contacted Transparent Hands and Hope Rehabilitation Centre for this. His left artificial leg and right polio brace were fixed on 06-07-2022 under the supervision of Dr. Khalid. You helped him get back on his feet.
