Ghulam’s gallbladder was removed
Ghulam Ghaus's Story
Ghulam Ghaus, aged 46 years, suffered from pain in the upper right quadrant of his abdomen for one month. Moreover, he also experienced indigestion and flatulence. On medical consultation, he was diagnosed with symptomatic gallstones and was advised an open cholecystectomy. In this procedure, the surgeon removes the patient’s gallbladder. For this reason, Ghulam was admitted to Akram Medical Complex and his surgery was performed by Dr. Ahmed Fawad on 29.04.2021, where his gallbladder containing stones was removed. He stayed in the hospital for two days and was discharged in a stable condition. Ghulam’s condition has improved considerably since the surgery.
