Najma Begum 50 years old lady had lower abdominal pain and heavy menstrual bleeding for last 3 years. She was diagnosed to have fibroid uterus and was advised hysterectomy. Her surgery was done in Akram Medical Complex on 15-02-17 by Dr Asia Nasir. Her uterus was removed. She had good post operative recovery and was perfectly alright on discharge.
