Muhammad Ismail's Story

Muhammad Ismail, aged 4 years, suffered from a condition called penoscrotal hypospadias. It is a birth defect in boys. In this condition, the opening of the urethra is not located at the tip of the penis. Ismail was recommended three stages of surgery. His first surgery was carried out with the support of Transparent Hands team. Later, for his second surgery, Ismail was admitted to Akram Medical Complex and his staged urethroplasty Bracka II surgery was performed by Dr. M. Bilal Mirza on 2nd Aug, 2021. He stayed in the hospital for five days and was discharged in a satisfactory condition. Ismail has recovered swiftly post-surgery.
