Kishwar Sultana's Story

Kishwar Sultana, 49 years old, suffered from prolonged heavy menstrual bleeding for almost a year. On visiting a hospital, her proper medical check-up was conducted and she was diagnosed with fibroid uterus. Her gynaecologist recommended surgical intervention to remove the uterus. For this purpose, Kishwar was admitted in Akram Medical Complex and her total abdominal hysterectomy was performed by Dr. Asia Nasir on 01.12.2020. She stayed in the hospital for four days and was discharged with good postoperative recovery. She has resumed her daily life activities now.
