Komal Fahad's Story
Komal, a 28-year-old mother of two from Karachi, was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her third child. She had previously undergone C-section deliveries for her other children, so when she visited the local hospital during her seventh month of pregnancy, her doctor recommended another C-section for safe delivery. However, Komal faced a financial challenge as she couldn’t afford the surgery on her own. She reached out to Transparent Hands, seeking financial assistance.
Komal was admitted to Murshid Hospital, Karachi, where the skilled hands of Dr. Farkhanda performed the C-section on 31-08-2023. The procedure was successful, and Komal joyfully welcomed a healthy baby boy into her family. Both mother and child received excellent care and were declared healthy after three days of postnatal monitoring and support. Komal was met with kindness and compassion at the hospital. The doctors and nurses provided her with constant reassurance, answering her questions and addressing any concerns she had. They created a warm and nurturing environment for the mother and child.
Komal is incredibly grateful to all the donors who generously contributed to her medical expenses. Their selfless support not only eased the financial burden for Komal but also enabled her to receive high-quality healthcare. She expresses her heartfelt appreciation for the profound impact their contributions had on her journey. Instead of facing anxiety and uncertainty, the assistance she received filled her life with hope and joy.
The generosity of the donors has created a lasting ripple of happiness, not only in Komal’s life but also in the lives of her family members. They now celebrate the arrival of a healthy baby, a precious addition to their lives. Komal cherishes this transformation, made possible by the kindness and compassion of those who reached out to help her.
