Little Hafsa’s Thumb is reformed

Hafsa Usman's Story

Hafsa Usman, a seven year old girl from Kasur had been suffering from congenital abnormality involving her hands since birth. She had clasped thumbs on both hands. Her right clasped thumb was operated on and now she came to Transparent Hands for her left thumb’s surgery. For this surgery, she was sent to Lahore Care Hospital and was admitted on 28-08-21. Her procedure was performed by Dr. Imran Shahzad. Her release of clasped thumb along with tendon transfer was done. She was discharged the next day and was advised for regular follow ups. Hafsa has now recovered and looks forward to playing again with her friends.
