Manzoor Ahmad's Story
Manzoor Ahmed, a 47-year-old resident of Faisalabad, had a tragic accident while working in a cornfield eight months ago. His right leg was severely injured. He went to a nearby hospital, where the doctor amputated his right leg below the knee. The doctor advised him to get a right prosthetic leg to regain mobility and independence. He contacted Hope Rehabilitation Centre and Transparent Hands for financial assistance.
His artificial leg was fixed on 22-02-2023 under the supervision of Dr.Khalid. As he walks for the first time on his own with an artificial leg, he is overcome with feelings of gratitude and relief.
