Fifty six years old, Muhammad Afzal, a resident of Sahiwal suffered a heart attack two months ago. He was admitted in a public hospital where he was given symptomatic treatment. After some time, Afzal started experiencing severe chest pain. After re-evaluation, the doctor diagnosed him with Ischemic heart disease, and he was advised to undergo Angiography. For this purpose, he was sent to the National Hospital and Medical Centre. His Angiography was done by Dr. Tayyab on 06-08-2021. Afzal was discharged the following day in satisfactory condition.
