Muhammad Azan's Story

Eight-month-old Muhammad Azan, a resident of Pindi Bhattian, had been suffering from repeated episodes of chest infection and poor feed intake since birth. Upon consultation, Azan was diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Defect. It is a congenital heart defect. The doctor advised Closure of Ventricular Septal Defect after open heart surgery Surgery as a cure. Muhammad Azan’s parents could not afford the cost of this procedure. They contacted Transparent Hands and we referred them to the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital where Azan’s surgery was performed on 15-02-2022 by Dr. Faiz Rasool. Azan stayed in the hospital for four days and was discharged in satisfactory condition. Your donations helped us save Muhammad Azan’s heart.
