Muhammad Waqas

Muhammad Waqas's Story

Muhammad Waqas, a 23-year-old resident of Lodhran, had been unable to walk on his own. His right leg was crushed in a traffic accident ten years ago. The doctors advised him to undergo right above-knee amputation. After the right above-knee amputation, Muhammad Waqas wasn’t able to carry out his daily tasks. He required a right above-knee prosthesis to perform his daily activities. He was sent to Hope Rehabilitation Center where he received his new prosthetic leg after consultation with Dr. Khalid Niazi on 09.03.2022. He is undergoing therapy now as advised by the doctors and will be able to walk independently again soon.
