Rimsha Farman's Story
9-year-old Rimsha Farman was diagnosed with a ventricular septal defect in her heart. The doctor advised an open heart surgery (VSD closure) for her. She was admitted in University of Lahore Teaching Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Salman Ahmed on 24.08.2020. The septal defect in her heart was repaired successfully. Rimsha stayed in the hospital for four days and was discharged in a stable condition. Her health is improving and she is right on her way to a complete recovery.
