Sadaf Bibi's Story
Sadaf Bibi, a resilient 35-year-old mother from Karachi, found herself facing a critical juncture in her pregnancy. With two C-sections in her medical history, her gynecologist recommended a Lower Segment Cesarean Section (LSCS) for the safe delivery of her fourth child.
Living on a modest income of PKR 20,000 a month, Sadaf and her husband encountered significant financial hurdles that made accessing proper medical care a daunting task. Transparent Hands stepped in to offer the necessary treatment, but it was the invaluable support from generous donors that made a profound impact on Sadaf’s journey towards a safe delivery.
Sadaf was admitted to Murshid Hospital, Karachi. The skilled hands of Dr. Farkhanda Saeed performed the essential C-section procedure on 28th November 2023, ensuring the safety and well-being of both Sadaf and her unborn baby.
With the procedure conducted on the same day, a healthy baby boy was welcomed into the world, bringing immeasurable joy and relief to Sadaf and her family. The care and attention provided during their stay at Murshid Hospital resulted in Sadaf being discharged in satisfactory condition after two days, ready to embrace the joys of motherhood with renewed hope and strength.
The generosity of the donors who rallied together for Sadaf’s cause illuminated a path that led to the safe arrival of her precious baby. Their kindness and support created a brighter and healthier future not just for Sadaf and her newborn son but also for the entire family. The impact of their contributions echoes in the smiles and gratitude that now fill Sadaf’s home, symbolizing the transformative power of collective compassion.
