Sadaf Bibi, a resilient 35-year-old mother from Karachi, found herself facing a critical juncture in her pregnancy. With two C-sections in her medical history, her gynecologist recommended a Lower Segment Cesarean Section (LSCS) for the safe delivery of her fourth child.
