Muhammad Saqib's Story
Muhammad Saqib, aged 4 years, was diagnosed with perineal hypospadias. His scrotum was divided abnormally. After examination and proper work-up, he was advised 1st stage surgery known as Bracka-I. For this purpose, he was admitted to Maryam Memorial Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Omar on 06.04.2021. His penile skin grafting was done using oral mucosa graft. Saqib stayed in the hospital for two days and was discharged in a stable condition. He has recovered well from his surgery.
