Muhammad Shahid 's Story

Shahid, a 38-year-old resident of Bahawalpur, had a tragic road accident six months ago that left him with a severely injured left leg. After rushing to a nearby hospital, he was told that his only option was to amputate his left leg above the knee. The doctor advised him to get a left prosthetic leg so he could regain his mobility. He could not afford to pay for it due to financial constraints. Shahid reached out to Transparent Hands and we have registered his case.  Under the supervision of Dr. Khalid at Hope Rehabilitation Centre, his left artificial leg was fixed on 18-08-2022.  After having an artificial leg, he is happy to be able to walk again.
