Shahrukh’s Submucosal Resection (SMR) Surgery was Successful

Shahrukh, a 22-year-old resident of Hyderabad, Sindh, had been suffering from migraine attacks, left-sided nasal obstruction, and nasal discharge. The doctor prescribed some painkillers and antibiotics. However, he found no relief. After some time, when his condition worsened, he visited a local hospital where the doctor gave him nasal drops and asked him to go to an ENT specialist.

Upon evaluation, the ENT doctor diagnosed him with a deviated nasal septum. The doctor advised him to undergo Submucosal Resection (SMR) Surgery. He was admitted to Isra Hospital, Hyderabad, where Dr. Amrat Kumar performed his operation on 1-10-2022. Shahrukh was discharged from the hospital after three days of stay. He has recovered now.
