Shamim Akhtar’s cataract is removed

Shamim Akhtar's Story

Shamim Akhtar, aged 51 years, a resident of Multan, suffered from a gradual loss of vision. She also experienced occasional pain in her eyes. The doctor diagnosed her with cataract in left eye and advised her to undergo Phaco with IOL. For this purpose, Shamim Akhtar was admitted to Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Trust Hospital. Here her left Phaco with IOL was performed by Dr. Hassan Raza on 01.10.2021. She was discharged from the hospital on the same day of her surgery. The surgery was successful and Shamim Akhtar is in good health now.
