Shamim Bibi 's Story

Shamim Bibi, a 70-year-old resident of Pakpattan, fractured her hip bone when she fell on the ground two months ago. She was given some medicines for pain, but she found no relief. Then, she went to the local hospital for evaluation and the doctor advised Hemiarthroplasty to replace her damaged bone. Her family could not afford the expenses of the surgery, so they contacted Transparent Hands and registered their case. She was admitted to PSRD Orthopaedic Hospital and her operation was performed by Dr.Saleem on 29-06-2022. She was discharged from the hospital after three days of stay. She is back on her feet now and started walking with help.
