Urs Talib’s Left Heart Catheterization was performed successfully
Urs Talib's Story
Urs Talib, aged 74, a resident of Khairpur, Sindh, has been battling with multiple diseases most of his life. Previously, Urs has been fighting with Systemic Hypertension and Chronic Kidney Disease. Urs started experiencing chest pain three years ago. The doctor gave symptomatic treatment for pain relief but it didn’t work well for him. Urs was diagnosed with Unstable Angina. The doctor then advised Urs to undergo an Angiography. The Cardiologist advised to go for a Left Heart Catheterization. For this purpose, he was sent to ISRA University Hospital. His procedure was performed by Dr. Sharwan Sujani on 20-10-2021. A stent was placed to open up the blocked artery. The operation was a success and Urs was discharged after two days of hospital stay in a satisfactory condition. Urs Talib’s heart was saved.
