You Saved Aqsa’s Heart
Aqsa Adalat's Story
Three-year-old Aqsa Adalat, a resident of Khushab, had been enduring breathing difficulties and fatigue after mild exertion since birth. She was diagnosed with Transposition of Greater Arteries (TGA) and Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). The doctor advised her to undergo an Open Heart Surgery for the Rastelli Operation. Her parents could not afford the procedure so they contacted Transparent Hands for help. With your contributions and the help of Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation, we were able to provide her with the treatment she needed. Aqsa Adalat was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital and got her Heart surgery done by Dr. Mohammad Asim Khan on 17-01-2022 successfully. She was discharged in satisfactory condition. Aqsa Adalat is feeling much better now. You saved her heart.
