Feroz Gul could not make it home after his open heart surgery.
Feroz Gul's Story
Feroz Gul, 75 years old, suffered from chest pain and was diagnosed with triple vessel coronary artery disease (TVCAD) after his angiography. The doctors advised coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery for him. For this purpose, he was admitted in Northwest General Hospital and Research Center and the procedure was performed by Dr. Niaz Ali on 09.12.2020. Feroz’s CABG surgery was done successfully but his post-operative recovery was slow. He was shifted to ICU on ventilatory support where he was managed for 2 days. Unfortunately, Feroz suffered from a cardiopulmonary arrest during his treatment in ICU and took his last breath on 11.12.2020. He could not make it home despite all the efforts of the doctors and the staff. He will be dearly missed by his near and dear ones.
