Anaya Fatima's Story
“She is unable to live her life like other kids of her age due to her congenital defect. We need to rush immediately to give her financial aid for her surgery. Our support can give her a new life and a healthy childhood.”
Anaya Fatima is 3.5 years old child suffering from Recto-vestibular Fistula. She was diagnosed with this disease at the age of 17 days and had her first surgery done at the age of 3 months. She needs a second surgery for permanent relief but the hospital didn’t give her any date even after frequent visits.
Anaya is struggling every day to perform her normal bodily functions which are extremely essential for her healthy living. Due to her recto-vestibular fistula, feces pass from the vagina instead of the anus.
There is a continuous discharge of pus from the vagina with foul odor and irritation in the affected area. If the disease is not treated early, it may cause urinary tract or vaginal infections in the future.
Anaya’s father is a waiter earning only 12000 PKR per month. She is the youngest among her 4 siblings and her three elder brothers are school students. They live in their small house in a village which does not even have a gas and water supply.
Anaya’s father has to work very hard to manage his family’s expenses within his meager income. It is impossible for him to pay for his daughter’s expensive surgery, medicines and other hospital bills. Transparent Hands has taken the responsibility of this child’s surgery but it is only possible with your generous contributions.
We cannot let a child suffer just because she was born poor. Our support can give Anaya a new life.
Please make a donation today for Anaya’s surgery and let this child live a life full of confidence which is somehow shattered because of embarrassment she faces on daily basis because of her disease!
