Arham Ali is a 3 years old baby boy who is unfortunate to be born with the blocked intestine and is going through a lot of pain as he cannot pass stools normally. When he was only 1 day old, he had to undergo his first surgery because it was essential to attach a bag through the abdomen to collect stool as a temporary solution for the blockage.

Since then, he is facing a lot of trouble in maintaining proper hygiene and his clothes get dirty frequently. There is a bad odor coming from his body all the time which is affecting his social life because people avoid getting closer to him due to his unclean state.

When Arham was 1.6 years old, doctors conducted his Biopsy which revealed that he was suffering from Hirschsprung Disease. They advised him ‘Duhamel Pull Through Surgery’ followed by another surgery ‘Ileostomy Closure’.

Arham’s father works as a tailor in a local shop and hardly earns 10,000 PKR per month. Within this meager income, he is maintaining his household expenses and also paying for his elder daughter’s studies.
