Muhammad Abdullah Danish's Story

Muhammad Abdullah Danish is just a three-year-old boy but he has been through more suffering than most people experience in a lifetime. However, you can be the hope his parents have been looking for. Only you can unlock a healthy future for him. Even a small donation from you would mean the world to him and his distressed parents. We urge you to donate for Abdullah’s open heart surgery without any delay.

Ever since little Muhammad Abdullah Danish was born, he has been suffering from cyanosis and breathing issues. After a thorough examination, the cardiologist diagnosed him with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). A ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a birth defect of the heart in which there is a hole in the wall (septum) that separates the two lower chambers (ventricles) of the heart. This wall is also called the ventricular septum.

To treat this condition, the doctor has advised Abdullah to undergo open-heart surgery for VSD closure. Open heart surgery is the only permanent solution to Abdullah’s disease.

Unfortunately, Abdullah’s parents cannot afford the hefty cost of an open heart surgery. Abdulla’s father is the sole earner in the family. He works as an artificial jeweler and hardly manages to earn PKR 30,000 per month. In this income, he hardly manages to keep the household running. He told us:

“COVID 19 has hurt my work. I haven’t been able to sleep properly since I found out about my son’s disease and that I cannot pay for his treatment. Whoever is reading this, I request you to please donate for my son’s surgery.”

In such a gloomy and dark situation, you could be their ray of hope by donating for his surgery. Your donation can decide the fate of this poor family. A poor family with a lot of expectations is looking forward to your donations. A little heart needs your support to keep beating. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Abdullah’s Open Heart surgery as much as you can.

Muhammad Abdullah Danish's Story

Three-year-old Muhammad Abdullah, a resident of Sheikhupura, had been suffering from shortness of breath on mild exertion, weakness, and an inability to gain weight since birth. Upon consultation, Abdullah was diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Defect. It is a congenital heart defect. The doctor advised an Open Heart surgery for the Closure of the Ventricular Septal Defect as a cure. Muhammad Abdullah’s parents could not afford the cost of this procedure. They contacted Transparent Hands and we referred them to the University of Lahore Teaching Hospital where Abdullah’s surgery was performed by Dr. Faiz Rasool on 3-01-2022. Abdullah stayed in the hospital for five days and was discharged in satisfactory condition. Muhammad Abdullah’s Heart was saved.
