Ali Sher's Story

Before you proceed to read the details of Ali Sher’s ailment, please know that you can help him fight the disease that he has. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Ali Sher’s Implant Removal as much as you can.

Ali Sher, 37 years of age, has been suffering from severe pain in his joints for the last seven years. Unfortunately, the severity of his condition was unknown for years, and Ali Sher struggled with walking. This cycle has continued for years. After conducting complete tests, the doctor diagnosed Ali Sher’s condition as rheumatoid arthritis. The disease has severely affected his right ankle joint and dislocated it. The doctors recommended Ali Sher a right ankle arthrodesis which is the fixation of a joint between two bones by surgery. As per the doctor’s advice, through Transparent Hands, Ali Sher underwent arthrodesis.

After a few months, unfortunately, the implant got infected, and now the doctors have advised to remove it. But, the removal of the implant is an expensive procedure, and he cannot afford it.

His wife is the sole bread earner of his family, with six people dependent on her earnings. It’s been years since Ali Sher has worked due to his condition. His wife works as a housemaid and hardly earns PKR 7000. They hardly have enough money to feed their innocent little daughters. Ali Sher told us:

“The surgery was a glimmer of hope for us. We thought that I would get better in no time. Alas! Fate has a few more tests in store for me.”

Later, after a lot of distress, Ali Sher has registered his case with Transparent Hands. We wish to arrange his treatment as soon as possible. Therefore, we request you to please donate for Ali Sher’s Implant Removal as much as you can.
