Since Baau Masih’s leg was amputated, his life has been full of hardships. He goes through a lot of physical and mental agony every day. He faces his difficulties bravely, but he needs your help to get back on his feet again. Please understand that your contribution, no matter how modest or great, will make a tremendous impact on his life. We request you to donate for Baau Masih’s artificial legs and help him walk again.
Baau Masih, a 60-year-old resident of Sahiwal, injured his feet while working. Masih developed foot wounds which later got infected. Over time, the infection spread to both legs. He endured this pain for a year until the doctor advised him to get both of his legs amputated below knee level, one after another.
Baau Masih lives in his nephew’s house and is dependent on his nephew for everything. He used to work as a mason before this tragedy struck him. A kind person provided him with artificial limbs many years ago, but he needs to replace these worn-down prostheses now. He came to Transparent Hands and requested us to provide him with below-knee Prosthesis for both of his legs. Baau Masih really needs these artificial limbs to improve the quality of his life. He shared his distress with Transparent Hands in the following manner:
“Since the amputation, my life has taken a catastrophic turn. I don’t want to be a burden on anyone and go from one place to another on my own. Please help me!”
Now that Baau Masih’s case has been registered with Transparent Hands, we are determined to help him regain mobility. He has placed his hopes in your hands. He hopes that a generous donor like you will make his life easier. Therefore, we urge you to be generous and donate for Baau Masih’s artificial legs.

Baau Masih, a 60-year-old resident of Faisalabad, injured both of his legs while working. The doctor had to amputate his legs due to severe wounds. He had been using plastic legs for a long time, but they got damaged. He could not afford to pay for prosthetic legs, so he contacted the Transparent Hands and Hope Rehabilitation Centre to replace the old worn-out legs with new prosthetic legs. Under the supervision of Dr.Khalid, his prosthetic legs were fixed on 3-08-2022. Your donations make it possible for him to continue walking independently.
