For the last seven months, Nazar Hussain has been suffering from bladder outlet obstruction (BOO). Bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) occurs when there is a blockage at the base or neck of the bladder that reduces or stops the flow of urine into the urethra. After investigations, he is found to have benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) as the cause of his bladder outlet obstruction. This condition refers to prostate enlargement that is a non-cancerous increase in the size of the prostate gland.

To treat his condition, the doctor has advised Nazar Hussain to undergo A transurethral resection of the prostate. TURP is a surgical procedure that involves cutting away a section of the prostate to treat the complications related to it. 

Unfortunately, Nazar Hussain cannot afford the hefty cost of this surgery. He works as a house help and hardly manages to earn PKR 10000 per month. In this measly income, he is in no position to arrange for his surgery. He told us:
