Muhammad Suffiyan 's Story

Suffiyan is a delicate little boy in critical health due to a heart defect. Without the necessary surgery, his heart condition will continue to worsen, and his life will be at even greater risk. Unfortunately, his father cannot afford the cost of the surgery.  Bring hope to his father in this gloomy time. Please consider and donate for Suffiyan’s VSD Closure Surgery and give him a chance to live a healthy and happy life. Every contribution can make a difference, no matter how small. Together, we can bring hope into this little boy’s life.

One-and-a-half-year-old Muhammad Suffiyan, a resident of Ghotki, suffers from shortness of breath, cyanosis, and repeated episodes of chest infection. He is also unable to gain weight. His parents recently became aware of his condition. They went to the local hospital for a check-up. After running some diagnostic tests and a thorough evaluation, the cardiologist diagnosed him with a doubly committed subarterial ventricular septal defect (DCSA VSD) and right coronary cusp prolapse. The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo Open-Heart surgery for VSD closure.

He lives in a small house with his parents and five siblings. His father earns only PKR 19,000 per month. The cost of the surgery is beyond his means, and he is seeking support from you to help save his son’s life. His father said in despair:

“It breaks my heart to see my little boy suffer. I am humbly asking you to support my son’s surgery.”

His parents contacted Transparent Hands to register his case. We are determined to provide him with the best treatment. However, we need your support to do so. Be a source of hope for this helpless and desperate family. Your donation can prolong his life significantly. We ask you to donate for Suffiyan’s VSD Closure Surgery to give him a second chance at life. Only your support can save his heart, so we request that you contribute generously.

Muhammad Suffiyan 's Story

One-and-a-half-year-old Muhammad Suffiyan, a resident of Ghotki, suffered from shortness of breath, cyanosis, and repeated episodes of chest infection. A few months ago, his parents became aware of his condition. They took him to the local hospital for a checkup. After running some diagnostic tests and a thorough evaluation, the cardiologist diagnosed him with a doubly committed subaortic ventricular septal defect (DCSA VSD) and right coronary cusp prolapse. The cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo open-heart surgery for VSD closure. Unfortunately, his father could not afford the cost of the surgery. They desperately needed financial assistance and turned to Transparent Hands at this time.

Suffiyan was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital, Lahore, where his operation was performed by Dr. Asim on 8-03-2023. The surgery was a resounding success, and after a seven-day stay at the hospital, the child was discharged, much to the relief and joy of his parents. This surgery was made possible with the support of the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation and other generous donors. His parents’ hearts overflowed with gratitude as they saw their beloved son's remarkable recovery.

The surgery not only saved his life but also opened a world of possibilities for him. With his health restored, he can now embrace a childhood free from the limitations that once burdened him. His bright future is now within reach, filled with endless opportunities to grow, learn, and pursue his dreams.

None of this would have been possible without the kindness and generosity of donors like you. Your contributions have had a profound impact, not only on his life but on his entire family. The emotional weight lifted from his parents' shoulders, knowing their son has been given a chance at a healthy and prosperous future, is immeasurable. We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every donor who made this life-saving surgery possible. Give Charity to Transparent Hands!
