Donate for Urwa’s cochlear implant surgery. Urwa Shabbir, 5 years of age, a resident of Sargodha has been suffering from hearing loss since birth. Her parents were unaware of her condition till she was 1 year old. They noticed that she did not respond to her name. This caused them worry so they took her to the nearest hospital. There after running some tests, the doctors diagnosed her with sensorineural hearing loss. She was later advised to get a cochlear implant. In a cochlear implant surgery, an electronic device is implanted surgically in the patient’s ear which helps the patient develop a sense of sound.

Now, Urwa Shabbir’s parents want to get her cochlear implant surgery done. But their financial conditions are not favorable for that.

Urwa’s parents live in a small house. Her father has to support a family of 9 members. He earns PKR. 12,000 per month. There is no way that Urwa’s father can manage even half of the expenses.
