Marwa Aziz's Story
Help this beautiful girl so that she can get relief and start her studies again.
Marwa Aziz is a 14 years old girl who lives in a small town of Swat, KPK with her parents and 3 siblings. Her eldest brother has completed his studies and is currently looking for job. They all live in a small house where two other families are also residing. Marwa used to go to school with her brothers but she had to stop because of her deteriorating health.
Marwa was in 5th class, when she started experiencing various symptoms including shortness of breathing and loss of consciousness on exertion. Her parents immediately took her to hospital and found that Marwa is a patient of Congenital Heart Disease (Ventricular Septal Defect, Left Ventricular Outflow Tract Obstruction & Aortic Regurgitation). She needs to get operated as soon as possible otherwise it can result in further complications. Marwa’s father runs a small shop in his district and hardly earns around 8,000 rupees a month from which he has to pay the school fees of his kids and other household expenses.
It is impossible for Marwa’s parents to pay for her surgery. They tried to take help from everywhere they could but all went in vain. They were very excited to know about Transparent Hands and brought Marwa to Lahore from KPK in hope of a free surgical treatment. Marwa is now scheduled for her major heart surgery in a month.
“We cannot see her in pain. We want her to get better soon. Please help us”, says Marwa’s parents.
This poor girl is in dire need of your support and prayers. Give your zakat and donations for Marwa so that she can return to her school and fulfill all her dreams.
