Muhammad Muzakkir's Story
Muhammad Muzakkir, 6 years-of-age, is suffering from sensorineural hearing loss by birth. His condition was discovered at the age of two, when his parents consulted doctors due to his unresponsiveness to sounds. The ENT specialist recommended that the best course of action is a cochlear implant for the little boy.
All parents want what’s best for their children, and so Muzakkir’s parents. But their financial situation restricts them. Muhammad Muzakkir father runs a kiryana shop and earns 9,000 PKR/month. Along with his own family of three, he also has to support his parents as well as his extended family members. With no valuable assets or any other resources for his son’s implant surgery, he has no choice but to postpone it. But each day that goes by without it, Muzakkir’s childhood development is compromised.
Luckily, they have found out about Transparent Hands, and we have agreed to help them with the surgery.

Muhammad Muzakkir's Story
Six-year-old Muhammad Muzakkir, a resident of Attock, was suffering from hearing loss since birth. The ENT specialist who examined him advised us to get him a cochlear implant. However, after re-evaluation, the doctor told us that his cochlear implant surgery was canceled and that he needs a hearing aid.
