For the past six months, Abdul Kareem has been silently suffering, desperately seeking relief from his debilitating symptoms. Despite his efforts to find temporary relief through local doctors and medications, his condition persisted, leaving him in dire need of a surgical intervention known as a fissurectomy.

However, Abdul Kareem's financial circumstances, coupled with his jobless status and the responsibility of providing for his five children, made it impossible for him to afford the necessary treatment. It seemed like a bleak and hopeless situation for Abdul Kareem, who had lost hope of ever finding relief from his pain.

The procedure was a success, alleviating Abdul Kareem's pain and distress. After one day of post-operative care and recovery, he was discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition.
