Hammad Hussain's Story

Hammad Hussain is just two years old but suffers from a life-threatening congenital heart defect. He needs a generous donor like you to help him overcome it. Even a tiny contribution can make a big difference in his life. We request that you contribute to Hammad’s open-heart surgery to save his life.

Hammad Hussain, a resident of Rawalpindi, has been enduring acute chest pain and fever. He was born with a congenital heart defect known as Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). His parents took him for a check-up. After evaluation, the cardiologists advised Hammad to undergo Open Heart Surgery for Closure of  Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). Ventricular septal defect (VSD) closure surgery is a type of heart surgery. It’s done to close a hole between the left and right ventricles of the heart. But due to financial constraints, his family cannot afford this surgery.

Hammad’s father is a tailor and he is the only earner in the family. He earns just enough to provide the basic necessities to the family of six. All this means that he cannot afford the hefty cost of this procedure. A neighbor told them about Transparent hands and they have been connected with us. We verified and registered Hammad’s case. His mother shared her sorrow in the following words:

“My eyes well up with sorrow as I watch my precious child struggle. I don’t know how to keep his little heart beating. If you’re reading this, please consider donating for my son’s operation.”

Now that his case is registered with Transparent Hands, we are determined to help him. But we can only do so with your support. Only with your help can we unlock a better and healthy future for this innocent baby. We urge you to donate to Hammad’s Open Heart Surgery without any delay.
