Nazia Anjum 's Story

As a housewife, Nazia’s fibroid uterus is significantly affecting her daily life. She struggles to perform household tasks due to her pelvic pain and discomfort. She is unable to sleep properly at night due to her frequent urination, leaving her feeling tired and fatigued throughout the day. Additionally, her prolonged menstrual bleeding has made it challenging to take care of herself and her family. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, she is unable to afford the surgery. Any amount would be greatly appreciated and would bring her one step closer to reclaiming her life and returning to her daily routine. Support Nazia’s total abdominal hysterectomy to allow her to focus on her health and well-being.

Nazia, a 47-year-old resident of Rawalpindi, has been suffering from prolonged menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, and frequent urination. She went to the local clinic, where the doctor prescribed some medicines. But her condition gradually worsened. She went to the doctor for a consultation. After a thorough evaluation and diagnostic tests, she was diagnosed with a fibroid uterus. A fibroid uterus, also known as uterine fibroids or leiomyomas, is a common benign growth of smooth muscle layer in the uterus. The doctor advised her to undergo total hysterectomy surgery. It is a surgical procedure to remove the entire uterus and cervix through an incision in the lower abdomen.

She lives with her husband and her three children. Her husband is the sole earner in the family and earns PKR 25,000 monthly as a private school teacher. Her husband is not in a stable financial situation to afford the surgical expenses. She said it with teary eyes.

“Please donate generously towards my surgery so that I can get back to my daily routine and take care of my family without any hindrance.”

After exhausting all other options, Nazia reached out to Transparent Hands for help, and we registered her case. She relies on you. A small donation can help her stay healthy and care for her kids. We urge you to support Nazia’s total abdominal hysterectomy surgery as much as you can. Donate today!
