Akram got his hernia repaired
Muhammad Akram's Story
Muhammad Akram, 37 years old, suffered from extreme pain and discomfort in his inguinal area and was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia on the right side. His surgery was challenging because of uncontrolled diabetes. The doctors advised surgical intervention after control of his sugar levels. For this purpose, Akram was admitted in Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Hospital and his blood sugar was controlled with medicines. Later, his herniotomy and mesh repair surgery were performed by Dr. Asim Shafi on 16.12.2020. He stayed in the hospital for ten days and was discharged in a stable condition. Akram is slowly recovering from his surgery.
