Arslan Imran’s TOF Repair was possible because of you
Arslan Imran's Story
Arslan Imran, a brave 2.5 years old boy, was suffering from cyanosis since birth. He was taken to several local hospitals where he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF)- a congenital heart disease. Arslan was advised TOF Repair surgery. For this purpose, Arslan was admitted to University of Lahore Teaching Hospital. His open heart surgery was successfully performed by Dr. Salman Shah on 23-08-21. He was kept in ICU for strict observation until the doctors saw his condition progressing well. Four days later, he was discharged in a satisfactory condition. We were able to get this procedure done with the help of Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation (PCHF). After being taken care of at home, Arslan’s health has evidently improved and he looks forward to a healthy future. His parents can’t wait to see him go to school soon.
