Asad Khan's Story

Asad Khan, 4 years of age, was suffering from distal penile hypospadias. This condition leads to abnormally located urethral orifice. He was advised surgery to correct the defect. His Snodgrass procedure (TIP urethroplasty) was done at Musharaf Medical Complex on 02-12-2020 by Dr. Yousaf Aziz Khan. His total urethral mobilization and advancement was done. Asad remained admitted for three days and had good postoperative recovery. He was discharged and advised follow up until he started voiding urine from the normal passage.
