Muhammad Hasan’s Heart Defect Was Fixed
Muhammad Hasan's Story
Muhammad Hasan, a three-year-old resident of Hyderabad, suffered from breathlessness after mild physical activity since birth. On medical check-up, he was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) which is a congenital heart defect (CHD). The doctor advised a TOF repair surgery. For this reason, Muhammad Hasan was admitted to Aga Khan University Hospital and the surgery was performed by Dr. Waris Ahmed on 12.12.2021. He stayed in the hospital for a week and was discharged in stable condition. Muhammad Hasan’s health and energy levels have improved significantly since his heart defect has been repaired.
