Muhammad Ibrahim Ghazali's Story
Muhammad Ibrahim Ghazali, aged 53 years, a resident of Mansehra was suffering from lower abdominal pain. He went to the hospital for the checkup and his surgery was planned after diagnosis of Ileal perforation. The doctors had to do surgery in an emergency. His first operation, Ileostomy was done and now the doctor advised him for reversal of ileostomy. For this purpose he was admitted to Musharaf Medical Complex. His procedure was performed by Dr. Muhammad Kashif Rafique on 06-07-2021 successfully. He was discharged after four days of hospital stay in a satisfactory condition.
