Muhammad Musa's Story
Five-year-old Muhammad Musa, a resident of Bhambir, has not been able to hear since he was born. When his parents noticed that he was not responding to sounds, they took him to a doctor. He was diagnosed with a condition known as Sensorineural Hearing Loss. The doctor recommended a Cochlear Implant for Muhammad Musa. For this purpose, he was referred to the National Hospital and Medical Center, where his surgery was performed and a Cochlear Implant was installed by Dr. Naveed Aslam on 24.01.2022. He was discharged in stable condition after one day of hospital stay. The external component of her cochlear implant was installed after eight weeks. Musa is no longer a stranger to the world of sounds.
