Rani Muhammad, a 49-year-old resident of Karachi, had suffered four years of excruciating leg pain. Her life took a tragic turn in 2019 when a devastating road accident left her with a severely broken femur, rendering her unable to walk without enduring intense discomfort. Despite seeking medical attention at a local hospital, her suffering persisted, leaving her desperate for a solution. It was then that her doctor recommended she undergo Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) surgery, which involved Screw Fixation and removal of the Intramedullary (IM) Nail.
