Muhammad Qasim's Story
Muhammad Qasim, aged forty-one, a resident of Mardan was suffering from Large Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). An ASD is a hole in the middle of the septum that divides atria. For this purpose the cardiac surgeon advised him to undergo Atrial Septal Defect repair. Therefore, Muhammad Qasim was admitted to Northwest General Hospital and Research Center. There he underwent ASD Repair by Dr. Niaz Ali on 04.08.2021. He was kept under observation until the doctors were completely satisfied with his progress. Five days later, he was discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition. After being taken care of at home, he has significantly improved and is ready to start his new life.
