Zoha’s Heart Surgery was Successful
Zoha Abubaker's Story
One-year-old Zoha, a resident of Lahore, was suffering from shortness of breath, nausea, and vomiting. She was also unable to gain weight. Upon consultation, she was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, The cardiac surgeon advised Open-Heart Surgery for total correction after angiography. She was admitted to Ittefaq Hospital, Lahore, where her operation was performed by Dr. Asim on 21-09-2022. She was discharged from the hospital after nine days of stay. This surgery was made possible with the support of the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation. She is in the healing phase now.
