Hasnain is a one-year-old resident of Sakardu. He has the most lovely smile. Behind this lovely smile hides a truth that the rest of the world is unaware of. Hasnain was born with Epispadias, a congenital condition. Epispadias is a condition that affects the opening of the urethra. The urethra does not grow into a full tube in this disorder, and urine exits the body in an irregular spot. He requires a Penoplasty and Epispadias repair as a cure. 

Hasnain’s parents, however, cannot afford the high expense of this treatment. As a last resort, they’ve now turned to Transparent Hands for assistance. Hasnain’s father is a painter who barely makes enough money to support his family. His father is the sole earner of the family and with a family of five to support and raise, he is unable to cover the costs of his son’s surgery.
