He consulted a local doctor and was prescribed symptomatic treatment but with time, the pain worsened and became unbearable. Upon checkup, Bahkt was diagnosed with Advanced Bilateral Osteoarthritis of the knee joints, because of which he was in severe pain, and his joints became stiff. Due to this condition, he is not able to get up or walk. Moreover, the pain has become unbearable for him. To treat this condition the orthopedic surgeon has advised Bakht Jamal to undergo a Total Knee Replacement surgery for his right knee.
Bakht lives with his wife and their daughter. Due to his condition, Bakht is unable to earn a living and there is no source of income or any financial assistance from friends or family.
