Angelina Sunny is a 6 years old child suffering terribly from congenital birth defect – Tetralogy of Fallot. Her disease was diagnosed at the age of 2.5 years and since then, this little soul is suffering from severe symptoms like breathing difficulties, frequent loss of consciousness and bluish skin. She is underweight due to loss of her appetite and cannot walk more than a few steps due to her physical weakness.

She visited many hospitals in Lahore but the doctors had put her on medication despite her serious health condition. Her father then took her to a special heart hospital but they have scheduled her surgery after one year. Angelina cannot wait anymore to undergo her surgery because her condition is getting worse with each passing day. They cannot treat her from private hospital due to high surgery cost.

Angelina’s father works as a mechanic and hardly earns 15,000 PKR per month. When she was only 4 years old, her mother abandoned her and left her husband to get married for the second time. Her father knocked many doors for help but nobody came forward to help him in this tough time.
