Abdul Haleem’s hemorrhoids are causing pain and bleeding. He needs your support to undergo treatment for his hemorrhoids. Abdul Haleem, a 31-year-old resident of Khuzdar, Balochistan, visited a local doctor five years ago with a complaint of bleeding from the back passage. The doctor evaluated him and prescribed medicines for a few weeks. However, the medicines did not bring him relief. Then, he revisited the hospital for a check-up, and the doctor admitted him for the clinical assessment and diagnostic tests. The doctor diagnosed him with hemorrhoids and prescribed medicines for one month. But still, his condition did not improve. After a month, he returned to the doctor and was advised to undergo Hemorrhoidectomy. Hemorrhoidectomy is a surgery to remove internal or external hemorrhoids which can cause severe bleeding.

Abdul Haleem earns just PKR 15,000 per month. With his meager income, he cannot afford to pay for the hemorrhoids. He is already struggling to make ends meet. He expressed his distress with the following words:

“I have been in constant pain and discomfort for many years. It is hard for me to sit for a long time. I have tried all sorts of medicines but still haven’t found relief. Now the doctor has advised me to undergo surgery, which is the only treatment for my hemorrhoids. I am not earning enough to pay for the surgical expenses. I request all kind-hearted donors to support my treatment.”

He was admitted to Altamash General Hospital, Karachi, where his operation was performed by Dr. Imran on 3-10-2022. His operation was successful, and he was discharged after three days of stay in the hospital. He is feeling much better now.
